A quiet, intimate studio created for people who don’t feel ready for large groups and are seeking something more personal, more contained and more gently held. Everything here is shaped by extensive experience working with trauma and the nervous system, with safety, choice and pacing at the heart of how the space is held.
It is a place for those who want to move slowly, feel supported and reconnect in a way that feels steady and respectful.

Trauma-informed breathwork
At the heart of this studio is trauma-informed breathwork and deeper emotional work.
This work is guided by extensive training and lived experience supporting trauma and by a clear understanding of how trauma lives in the body - often as holding, protection, shutdown or hypervigilance.
Sessions are slow, grounded and carefully held. There is no pushing or forcing. Instead, space is created for the body to feel safe enough to soften, respond and reorganise in its own time. Emotional release, when and if it arises, is supported gently and within the capacity of your nervous system.
Functional breathwork
Alongside deeper work, the studio also offers functional breathwork focused on the everyday relationship with breath.
This work supports breathing patterns that are steady, efficient and supportive of the nervous system and body. Sessions may be supportive for:
Respiratory conditions
Stress and anxiety regulation
Sports and physical performance
Postnatal recovery and reconnection
Sleep, focus, and energy
Functional breathwork is also offered for children, with sessions designed to feel calm, age-appropriate, and supportive, meeting each child where they are.
Somatic bodywork
I am a somatic bodywork therapist specialising in trauma release, offering one-to-one sessions within the studio for those drawn to deeper, body-led support.
This work is rooted in an understanding of how trauma is held in the body, often beneath conscious awareness and how it can gently unwind when the nervous system feels safe enough. Sessions are slow, attuned and guided by what your body communicates in the moment.
Touch is offered with clear boundaries, consent and care. Nothing is forced. The intention is to support release, integration and a growing sense of safety and connection within the body.
Small group sessions & monthly offerings
Alongside one-to-one work, the studio holds weekly small group sessions called Aroha and monthly offerings for those ready to explore more deeply.
Group sizes are intentionally kept small, allowing the space to remain calm, contained and well supported, with room for individual pacing and choice.
Reiki is also available within the studio and can be booked separately.
